  • Built and deployed distributed energy resource management and advanced metering infrastructure systems integrating embedded hardware, IoT communications, and cloud-based control — from architecture through live operation.es here

  • Designed and shipped mobile and web applications (iOS, Android, web) at scale — managing full product and engineering teams including UI/UX, firmware, system architecture, and AI/ML functions.

  • Designed and executed product sprints with measurable hypotheses — including AI-driven optimisation models that changed how metering infrastructure behaves in the field based on user behaviour data.

  • Worked inside a U.S. investor-utility to design and develop a grid-edge platform built through an embedded innovation model. Direct experience navigating corporate procurement, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Raised Pre-Seed through Series C from institutional invstors. Built investor narratives, managed due diligence, and led the negotiation of an 8-figure acquisition — on both sides of the table.
